Upgrades & Repairs

We offer a complete Repair and Upgrade service to home and business users. This includes hardware and software related problems. Where possible this will take place at your premises; however if this is not suitable we offer a free colection and delivery service, which includes disconnection and reconnection of the equipment.Where required we will re-install the operating system and transfer existing data to new or existing hard drives. Any new hardware supplied for repairs and upgrades will carry a full warranty, details of which can be found on the support page.

Data Recovery

Whether you use your computer at work or at home we all need to be secure in the knowledge that the information and files produced are not going to be compromised in any way and can be retrieved if this does happen. Companies rely heavily on the data they use and home users are equally at risk if their computer has a problem - which is why regular backing-up of files/data is one of the most important things we can do. Using our experience we can often recover data even when the PC refuses to boot. If you think your hard drive has failed then call us straight away. Our Internet service offers full configuration and connection to the Internet. If you are unsure how to connect to the internet we can help. We will offer impartial advice on which services and hardware you will need. Once decided we will fully configure your machine and get you connected, whether its a dial up service via modem or Broadband.To make full use of your internet connection we can network all your machines. This may be a cable installation or a wireless system. For small business users we offer a full installation service including any hardware required.
